X Future is cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software built so that businesses such as cafés, restaurants, markets, hotels, jewellers, workshops and wholesalers can run their sales, stock and staff operations from a single place. The product is developed and operated by Gelecek Nesil Teknoloji ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, based at Bitlis TeknoKent.
What we do
Most small and medium-sized businesses keep the cash register in one place, inventory in a ledger, and staff records somewhere else. X Future brings these together in a single system: register and orders, inventory and warehouse, purchase invoices, staff and timesheets, reporting, and an AI-powered assistant.
The software works on Windows computers, Android devices, and via browser; data is kept in the cloud. Even if the internet cuts out, orders and payments are queued on the device for cafés and restaurants, and they sync automatically and without duplication once the connection is restored.

How we work
The entire product is developed by our own team; no outsourcing is used. Customer data is kept on our servers located in Turkey, each business in its own separate area. The principles for processing personal data are on the Privacy / KVKK page.
Payments are taken through licensed payment institutions. Card details never touch our servers.
