1. Free trial
Every new business can start a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. All features of the package suitable for your business type are unlocked during the trial period. No automatic charges are made at the end of the trial; you must purchase a package to continue.
2. Canceling the subscription
- Since the subscription does not automatically renew, you do not need to take any separate action to cancel: the subscription simply closes when your paid period ends (see 5. Renewal).
- If you wish to leave without waiting for the period to end, you can make a request from the Subscription screen within the app or by writing to us; the service remains active until the end of your paid period.
- After cancellation, your data is stored for a reasonable period within the framework of KVKK retention periods and is deleted upon your request.
3. Refunds
Monthly subscription: A full refund is issued upon request within the first 7 days after payment and if the service has not been significantly used.
Annual / multi-month subscription: Upon a cancellation request within the first 14 days, the remaining balance is refunded after deducting the amount corresponding to the days used. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the started period; the subscription closes at the end of the period.
Add-ons / AI token packages: Consumed (used) services and token packages are not subject to refunds.
Currency: Subscription fees are charged in US dollars (USD); refunds are also made in the same currency and to the payment method used.
Outside of Turkey: the local currency equivalent may differ from the amount you paid depending on the card issuer's exchange rate on the refund day. Value-added tax / sales tax added at the checkout step is also included in the refunded amount.
4. Refund process
Refund requests are submitted to [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used (card/EFT) within at latest 14 days. For card refunds, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Outside of Turkey: since the payment is processed through X Future's authorized reseller, the refund is made through the same channel: you write your request to us, we forward it to the reseller, and the amount is returned to your card from there. This is also why the seller name appearing on your invoice is different from X Future.
5. Renewal
Subscriptions do not automatically renew at the end of your selected period; a new payment is made to continue. For expired subscriptions, the account is locked until payment is made, but your data is protected.
