LEGALDistance Selling Agreement
Effective date: this agreement is concluded the moment it is approved by the customer during the payment step.
This text applies to buyers outside of Turkey. For buyers resident in Turkey, the seller is directly X Future and separate terms apply; the full text can be found in the Turkish agreement.
1. Parties

Authorized seller (outside Turkey): For orders outside Turkey, payment collection and invoicing are handled by Paddle, the authorized seller of X Future. Depending on the buyer's country, the contracting company is: Paddle.com Market Limited incorporated in England and Wales (company no 8172165, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU); for the United States, Paddle.com Inc.; for Canada, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. The party developing the software and providing the service is in all cases X Future.
BUYER (Customer): The natural person/legal entity who registers through the application and purchases a subscription. The buyer's name, e-mail, and billing information are recorded in the system at the time of the order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the Buyer's purchase of the right to access the X Future software (cloud-based POS + artificial intelligence service) via subscription.
Outside Turkey: the sale is a cross-border digital service sale. The consumer legislation in the buyer's own country and the authorized seller's buyer terms apply jointly; this agreement shall not be interpreted to grant the buyer fewer rights than their own country's legislation.
3. Service and Price
The package, add-ons, and period (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months) selected by the Buyer are shown in the order summary. The current list of packages and prices can be found on the Pricing page. The price is calculated on the server side via the catalog at the moment the order is placed, and the final amount is clearly stated on the payment screen.
Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
Tax (outside Turkey): prices exclude tax. Value-added tax or sales tax applicable in the buyer's country is calculated by the authorized seller during the payment step, added to the amount, and declared to the relevant country by the authorized seller. The final amount to be paid is displayed on the screen before the payment is approved. The equivalent in local currency is determined according to the exchange rate of the card-issuing institution at the time of the transaction.
Duration and renewal: The subscription does not automatically renew at the end of the selected period, and no automatic charges are made to the Buyer; a new order must be placed to continue.
4. Payment
- Outside Turkey: payment is made by credit/debit card on the authorized seller's payment page. If card payment is not available in your country, you can write to us for the bank transfer option.
- Card information is neither seen nor stored by X Future; card data is processed solely on the licensed payment institution's own page.
- In the case of a bank transfer, the subscription is activated after confirmation that the payment has reached our account.
- Countries where sales cannot be made: subscriptions cannot be sold in countries where our payment infrastructure does not operate. Iran is currently within this scope: payment by card or bank transfer cannot be accepted in this country, and therefore subscription sales are not made. This article will be updated if the situation changes.
5. Performance (Delivery)
The service is digital; the subscription is instantly activated the moment payment is approved, and the Buyer accesses the software. There is no physical delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Outside Turkey: performance of the digital service begins at the time of payment with the Buyer's explicit consent. In the legislation of many countries — for example, Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU in the European Union — the right of withdrawal expires for digital services whose performance has begun in this manner. If the buyer's country grants a broader right, that right applies.
Nevertheless, for satisfaction, X Future offers the free trial period and cancellation options on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page; these conditions are broader than the statutory minimums. The Buyer accepts this information at the payment step.
7. Cancellation and Refund
Subscription cancellation and refund terms are regulated on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page and are an integral part of this agreement.
8. Personal Data
How personal data is processed is explained on the Privacy / KVKK Clarification Text page.
9. Dispute
Outside Turkey: payment, invoicing, and refund requests are first submitted to the authorized seller, and service-related requests are submitted to X Future. In case of a dispute, the consumer authorities and courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction; this article does not eliminate the rights arising from the Buyer's own country's legislation.
